Service Description

HoopLab 1-on-1 private coaching provides fully personalised training designed to accelerate skill development and build confident, capable basketball players. Each session is tailored to the individual athlete, with clear objectives and purposeful drills that translate directly to game performance. This is complete coach attention, focused entirely on the player’s development. Sessions can be booked individually or using a HoopLab training plan. This booking is for 1-on-1 coaching only. For other training formats, please return to the Private Training page and select the appropriate option. Training Focus Areas Sessions are structured around key areas of basketball development, including: Shooting – Technique, balance, accuracy, and consistency. Ball Handling – Control, efficiency, and confidence under pressure. Finishing – Scoring around the basket using a variety of finishes. Decision-Making – Reading the game, spacing, and making effective choices. Defence – Footwork, positioning, and understanding defensive responsibility. Training focus is adjusted based on the player’s age, experience, and goals. What to Expect All private sessions are led by an experienced coach and designed to challenge players appropriately. Effort, focus, and a willingness to learn are expected in every session. Players will be coached, guided, and held to a high standard in a supportive environment. Private training is delivered through structured Development Packs to support consistent, ongoing progress. New athletes are encouraged to begin with an Intro Session before committing to a pack. Cancellation Policy

HoopLab Booking Policy At HoopLab, our sessions are structured and capacity is limited to ensure every athlete receives intentional, high-quality coaching. Please review the following policy before booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. • For single (Intro) sessions cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, a refund or rebooking option will be provided. • For session packs, cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance will automatically return the session credit to your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for refund or credit. This policy protects scheduled coaching time and ensures fairness for all athletes. Late Arrivals Sessions will finish at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to maximise your training time. No-Shows Failure to attend a booked session without notice will result in the session being forfeited. Session Packs Session packs are non-transferable and non-refundable. Pack sessions must be used within the stated validity period at time of purchase. Commitment to Development HoopLab is built on structured progression and intentional training. Consistency is key to improvement. We encourage athletes to book consistent weekly sessions or development packs to maximise results. If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us directly.
