Private Sessions

Private training is designed for players who are ready for focused,
individualised development.

It is ideal for players who:

  • want targeted improvement in specific areas

  • benefit from direct feedback and correction

  • are preparing for team selection or higher-level competition

  • want structured progression outside of team environments

Private sessions are not about “extra reps.”
They are about clarity, correction, and intentional development.

What To expect

Each session is structured around clear development goals.

Depending on the player’s needs, sessions may focus on:

  • shooting mechanics and shot consistency

  • ball handling under pressure

  • finishing and footwork

  • defensive positioning and movement

  • decision-making and game understanding

Sessions are adapted to the individual and adjusted as the player progresses.

The emphasis is always on building transferable habits that impact real game performance.

Private training works alongside HoopLab’s structured programs.

For some players, private training acts as:

  • a starting point before joining Jumpstart or Academy

  • additional support alongside team commitments

  • focused preparation for trials or competitions

 

For others, it remains their primary development environment.

The approach remains consistent: fundamentals first, progression with purpose.

Training Plans & Pricing

Private training plans provide better value for players training consistently throughout the term. They allow multiple sessions to be scheduled in advance and include re-crediting for cancellations made outside of 24 hours.
