Service Description

Shooting Lab Session Powered by the Dr. Dish CT+, Shooting Lab gives players the opportunity to put up more shots, track their progress and train with purpose. Designed for players of all levels, Shooting Lab combines high-repetition shooting with built-in workouts, real-time analytics and personalised player profiles to create an efficient and engaging training experience. Whether you're preparing for WABL, building consistency during the off-season, returning from injury or simply looking to become a better shooter, Shooting Lab provides a flexible environment to get meaningful work in on your own schedule. During your session, you can: 🏀 Complete built-in Dr. Dish workouts and challenges 🏀 Track makes, attempts and shooting percentages 🏀 Save favourite drills and monitor progress over time 🏀 Train independently or bring one additional athlete to share the session 🏀 Build better habits through purposeful repetition Session Information • Duration: 60 minutes • Maximum Participants: 2 athletes • Basketballs provided • Sessions operate on a fair use basis Shooting Lab operates during designated term-time hours and may occasionally be adjusted to accommodate school holidays, HoopLab programs, events and facility requirements. Cancellation Policy

Shooting Lab Booking Policy By booking a Shooting Lab session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Session Bookings Shooting Lab sessions are 60 minutes in duration and may be booked as a casual session or through an active Shooting Lab membership. A maximum of two athletes may participate in any session booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in the session being forfeited. Fair Use Shooting Lab memberships operate on a fair use basis. Members are encouraged to book responsibly and be considerate of other users. HoopLab reserves the right to review booking patterns and introduce booking limitations if demand exceeds availability. Operating Hours Published Shooting Lab hours apply during school term periods and may occasionally be adjusted to accommodate school holidays, HoopLab programs, events, maintenance or other facility requirements. Independent Access Out-of-hours access is available to eligible members only and is provided via personal access credentials. Access credentials are strictly personal, must not be shared with others and may not be used to admit non-members to the facility. Member Responsibilities Members are expected to: • Treat the facility and equipment with care and respect. • Follow all safety instructions and operating procedures. • Leave the facility secure, tidy and in a suitable condition for the next user. • Respect neighbouring businesses and minimise noise when arriving and departing. • Use the facility only for its intended purpose. Equipment & Damage Basketballs are provided as part of the Shooting Lab experience. Members may be held responsible for damage resulting from deliberate misuse, negligence or unauthorised access resulting from shared credentials. Suspension of Access HoopLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is unsafe behaviour, misuse of equipment, sharing of access credentials or repeated breaches of these policies. Induction Requirement All members must complete the Shooting Lab onboarding and induction process before receiving independent access privileges.
